Day 1:  On arrival transfer to Kigongoni Lodge near Arusha National Park - if time allows you may book additional local activities.

Day 2:  Your driver/guide takes you to the Lake Manyara National Park. Here you have a short game drive, with a picnic lunch on the way. Spend the night at Kirurumu Tented Lodge. (FB)

Day 3-5:  After an optional early morning ethnobotanical walk with a Maasai guide, you will be driving to the famous Serengeti National Park. For the next three days you are based in a Classic Camp ( location chosen to optimise your gameviewing chances) and take games drives each day. (FB)

Day 6:  Today you head for the Ngorongoro Crater, stopping on the way at the Olduvai Gorge for a visit to the museum and have a picnic lunch. Afternoon game viewing in the Crater, then overnight in a lodge on the crater rim. (FB)

Day 7:  Half day's game viewing in the Crater. Overnight at a lodge in the Ngorongoro highlands or Manyara.  (FB)

Day 8:  After breakfast, drive back to Arusha, with lunch in a restaurant on arrival and day use of a room at Kilimanjaro Airport Hotel before a late transfer to the airport. (B,L)
